Upgrade Debian:9 sudo to version 1.6.9p12-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream sudo package and not the sudo package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

sudo in SUSE openSUSE 10.3 does not clear the stdin buffer when password entry times out, which might allow local users to obtain a password by reading stdin from the parent process after a sudo child process exits.
