How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable apache-log4j2 to version 2.13.3-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream apache-log4j2 package and not the apache-log4j2 package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

Improper validation of certificate with host mismatch in Apache Log4j SMTP appender. This could allow an SMTPS connection to be intercepted by a man-in-the-middle attack which could leak any log messages sent through that appender. Fixed in Apache Log4j 2.12.3 and 2.13.1
