How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable freeradius to version 3.2.0+dfsg-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream freeradius package and not the freeradius package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

In freeradius, the EAP-PWD function compute_password_element() leaks information about the password which allows an attacker to substantially reduce the size of an offline dictionary attack.
