How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable imagemagick to version 8:7.1.2.19+dfsg1-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream imagemagick package and not the imagemagick package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

ImageMagick before 7.1.2-19 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the magnify operation that allows attackers to read out of bounds memory. An unrecognized magnify:method value triggers an out of bounds read, potentially exposing sensitive information or causing denial of service.
