CWE-189  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable libvirt to version 0.9.2-7 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libvirt package and not the libvirt package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

Integer overflow in libvirt before 0.9.3 allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service (libvirtd crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via a crafted VirDomainGetVcpus RPC call that triggers memory corruption.
