Upgrade Debian:unstable nim to version 1.2.6-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream nim package and not the nim package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

In Nim 1.2.4, the standard library httpClient fails to properly validate the server response. For example, httpClient.get().contentLength() does not raise any error if a malicious server provides a negative Content-Length.
