How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable rustc to version 1.29.0+dfsg1-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rustc package and not the rustc package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

In the standard library in Rust before 1.29.0, there is weak synchronization in the Arc::get_mut method. This synchronization issue can be lead to memory safety issues through race conditions.
