How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable snapd to version 2.30-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream snapd package and not the snapd package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

In snapd 2.27 through 2.29.2 the 'snap logs' command could be made to call journalctl without match arguments and therefore allow unprivileged, unauthenticated users to bypass systemd-journald's access restrictions.
