CVE-2014-5205  (opens in a new tab)
CWE-352  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade Debian:unstable wordpress to version 3.9.2+dfsg-1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream wordpress package and not the wordpress package as distributed by Debian. See How to fix? for Debian:unstable relevant fixed versions and status.

wp-includes/pluggable.php in WordPress before 3.9.2 does not use delimiters during concatenation of action values and uid values in CSRF tokens, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass a CSRF protection mechanism via a brute-force attack.
