lib60870.NET is a .NET implementation of the IEC60870 protocol specification.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS) via the ASDU message processing functionality. A specially crafted network request can lead to loss of communications. An attacker can send an unauthenticated message to trigger this vulnerability.

Denial of Service (DoS) describes a family of attacks, all aimed at making a system inaccessible to its intended and legitimate users.
