Magick.NET-Q16-HDRI-arm64 is a Magick.NET allows you can use ImageMagick without having to install ImageMagick on your server or desktop.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Uninitialized Resource in the GIF decoder's application extension handler. An attacker can access sensitive heap memory contents by submitting a specially crafted GIF file that causes the number parser to read uninitialized heap memory and store its contents as image metadata.
