Magick.NET-Q16-OpenMP-x64 is a Magick.NET allows you can use ImageMagick without having to install ImageMagick on your server or desktop.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output through the HTML encoding. An attacker can execute arbitrary code by supplying specially crafted input that is not properly sanitized.
