Magick.NET-Q16-x64 is a Magick.NET allows you can use ImageMagick without having to install ImageMagick on your server or desktop.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Validation of Array Index in the connected-components when an invalid value is supplied to the keep-top parameter. An attacker can access sensitive memory contents or cause a partial denial of service by providing a specially crafted input that triggers a heap buffer over-read.
