Magick.NET-Q16-x64 is a Magick.NET allows you can use ImageMagick without having to install ImageMagick on your server or desktop.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Uninitialized Resource in the MNG decoder due to allocated memory for pixel data being left unchanged. An attacker can obtain sensitive information from uninitialized memory by submitting specially crafted image files.
