Magick.NET-Q8-AnyCPU is a Magick.NET allows you can use ImageMagick without having to install ImageMagick on your server or desktop.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the PCD decoder when a specific command line option is supplied, which causes the decoder to bypass a configured resource limit. An attacker can exhaust system memory by providing crafted command line options.
