How to fix?

Upgrade Microsoft.NETCore.App to version 2.1.4 or higher.

Overview

Microsoft.NETCore.App is a set of .NET API's that are included in the default .NET Core application model.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Privilege Escalation. When using vulnerable project templates, it fails to properly sanitize web requests. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could perform content injection attacks and run script in the security context of the logged-on user.
