Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Access of Resource Using Incompatible Type ('Type Confusion') via X.509 certificate parsing in the .NET runtime cryptography layer (CryptoNative_GetX509NameInfo). An attacker can cause denial of service by supplying a specially crafted X.509 certificate that triggers excessive processing or causes the application to terminate unexpectedly during certificate parsing.
