The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

OpenTelemetry.Exporter.Instana is an Instana Exporter for OpenTelemetry .NET
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Certificate Validation in the ConfigureBackendClient process when a proxy is configured using the INSTANA_ENDPOINT_PROXY environment variable. An attacker can intercept and read sensitive telemetry data and API keys by performing a man-in-the-middle attack on the proxy connection, which automatically disables certificate validation.
Note: This is only exploitable if the INSTANA_ENDPOINT_PROXY environment variable is set to a malicious or attacker-controlled proxy, or if a network attacker can intercept the proxy connection.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by not configuring the INSTANA_ENDPOINT_PROXY environment variable.
