Upgrade Echo:latest pdns to version 4.9.14-0+deb13u1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream pdns package and not the pdns package as distributed by Echo. See How to fix? for Echo:latest relevant fixed versions and status.

An attacker can send a notify request that causes a new secondary domain to be added to the bind backend, but causes said backend to update its configuration to an invalid one, leading to the backend no longer able to run on the next restart, requiring manual operation to fix it.
