Start learningUpgrade github.com/0xJacky/Nginx-UI/mcp to version 2.3.4 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authentication for Critical Function in the mcp_message endpoint due to missing authentication checks and an empty default IP whitelist, which is treated as allowing all connections. An attacker can gain full control over the Nginx service, including restarting the server, modifying configuration files, and triggering configuration reloads by sending crafted HTTP requests to the exposed endpoint.
