Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the loadRepoIndex() function, which can allow an attacker to crash the server by causing it to be pointed at a malicious Helm registry which is configured to push data continuously. Incoming requests to fetch data are not limited and will attempt to allocate memory indefinitely to retrieve a byte slice.
