Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Privilege Management via the configuration loading mechanism. An attacker can escalate privileges by manipulating the configuration files to execute arbitrary code.

This issue only affects CloudWatch Agent for Windows, it does not affect macOS or Linux users.
