How to fix?

Upgrade github.com/coredns/coredns/core/dnsserver to version 1.14.3 or higher.

Overview

github.com/coredns/coredns/core/dnsserver is a package that implements all the interfaces from Caddy, so that CoreDNS can be a servertype plugin.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the DoQ server's handling of QUIC streams. An attacker can cause excessive memory and goroutine consumption by opening many QUIC streams and stalling each after sending only a single byte, leading to resource exhaustion and potential service outage.
