github.com/dexidp/dex is an a federated OpenID Connect provider.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Inadequate Encryption Strength due to the use of insecure TLS versions and cipher suites in the serve.go file. An attacker can intercept and decrypt network traffic by exploiting the weak encryption.
