Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Handling of Case Sensitivity through improper handling of Unicode characters in the splitPos function. An attacker can execute arbitrary code by uploading a file with a specially crafted name containing non-ASCII bytes or Unicode lookalike characters and then accessing it via a crafted URL. This is only exploitable if the attacker can place content into a file served by the application, such as through upload endpoints or user-controlled file storage.
