The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure via the getHostByName function in the v2 template engine. An attacker can cause sensitive data to be disclosed by crafting or updating templated resources that trigger DNS queries containing secret-derived values from within the controller process.
Note: This is only exploitable if an untrusted or lower-trust user is able to author templated resources and the controller has DNS resolution capability.
