Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Start learningUpgrade github.com/go-gitea/gitea/routers/api/packages to version 1.27.0 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization through the UpdatePullRequest function. An attacker can cause unauthorized modifications to private repository branches by exploiting a logic flaw in token scope validation during pull request updates from a public base repository.
Note: This is only exploitable if the attacker possesses a valid public-only,write:repository token for a user with write access to the private pull request head branch, and there exists a public base repository with an open pull request targeting the private head branch.
