Start learningUpgrade github.com/go-gitea/gitea/services/pull to version 1.27.0 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization through changing a pull request's target branch without re-evaluating the official approval status on existing reviews. An attacker can bypass branch protection requirements and merge code into protected branches without legitimate maintainer approval by first obtaining approval on an unprotected branch and then retargeting the pull request to a protected branch.
