Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation in the metadata field processing. An attacker can rename, move, or change permissions of files within the container by submitting specially crafted tag names such as System:FileName, System:Directory, or FilePermissions via HTTP requests. This can result in files being moved to arbitrary locations, renamed, or having their permissions altered, potentially disrupting service or impacting other services sharing the same Docker volume. No authentication is required to exploit this issue.
