Test your applicationsUpgrade github.com/grafana/grafana/pkg/services/ngalert/accesscontrol to version 12.4.0 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure via “Contact Point Writer” role that by default grants permission to alert.notifications:write or alert.notifications.receivers:test actions. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive configuration data, such as authentication credentials for third-party services, by modifying the endpoint URL of contact points created by other users and invoking the test functionality.
