Overview

github.com/hashicorp/consul is an a distributed, highly available, and data center aware solution to connect and configure applications across dynamic, distributed infrastructure.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control. An ACL token (with the default operator:write permissions) in one namespace can be used for unintended privilege escalation in a different namespace. Note: This vulnerability was identified in Consul Enterprise.
