github.com/hashicorp/vault/vault is a tool for securely accessing secrets.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Restriction of Excessive Authentication Attempts via validateTOTP when enforcing the once-per-validity-window check. An attacker could gain unauthorized access to sensitive information by bypassing multi-factor authentication rate limits and reusing TOTP tokens.
