How to fix?

Upgrade github.com/notaryproject/notation-go/signer to version 1.3.0-rc.2 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Check for Certificate Revocation during the timestamp signature generation process. An attacker can cause a denial of service by using a compromised or revoked certificate to generate a malicious countersignature, which would then be accepted and stored by the system.
