How to fix?

Upgrade github.com/OliveTin/OliveTin/service/internal/auth/otoauth2 to version 3000.11.0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the registeredStates map used during OAuth2 state handling. An attacker can cause the service to crash and become unavailable by sending multiple concurrent requests to the /oauth/login endpoint, which triggers unsynchronized access to the shared map and results in a runtime panic. This is only exploitable if OAuth2 authentication is enabled and the affected endpoints are network-accessible.
