Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Neutralization via the TOTP secrets engine, which accepts valid codes multiple times rather than strictly-once. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information due to improper normalization in the underlying library.

This vulnerability can be mitigated by normalizing all code before submitting it to the endpoint.
