Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Privilege Management due to managing identity entity systems in root
namespaces. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to the root policy by escalating privileges through the addition of arbitrary policies containing capability grants on arbitrary paths.
Note: This is exploitable if the attacker has access to the highly privileged identity entity system in the root namespace.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by using denied_parameters
in any policy with access to the affected identity endpoints to prohibit this type of attack.
