Overview

github.com/owncast/owncast is an an open source, self-hosted, decentralized, single user live video streaming and chat server for running your own live streams similar in style to the large mainstream options. It offers complete ownership over your content, interface, moderation and audience.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Access Control via the authHost parameter of the indieauth function. An attacker can execute arbitrary code and obtain sensitive information by sending a specially crafted request.
