Overview

github.com/owncast/owncast/activitypub/webfinger is a streaming + chat out of the box.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Server-side Request Forgery (SSRF) via the GetWebfingerLinks function. This vulnerability may allow an unauthenticated attacker to force the Owncast server to send HTTP requests to arbitrary locations using the GET HTTP method. This vulnerability also allows the attacker to send the requests while specifying arbitrary URL paths and query parameters.
