Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Resource Consumption ('Resource Exhaustion') via the path validation
mechanism. An attacker can cause the peer to exhaust memory resources by sending numerous PATH_CHALLENGE
frames and manipulating the peer's congestion window and RTT estimate to prevent the majority of PATH_RESPONSE
frames from being sent.
