Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Memory Allocation with Excessive Size Value in the Reserve process. An attacker can exhaust system memory and cause service disruption by sending a multipart upload request with a large declared part size in the request headers, without transmitting the corresponding body. This is only exploitable if the S3 server is configured to allow anonymous access or the attacker possesses valid S3 credentials.
