Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the api.ParseJSONRequest or api.getContentType functions. An attacker can cause excessive memory consumption by sending requests with either an excessively long OID containing many period characters or a malformed Content-Type header, leading to resource exhaustion and potential denial of service.

Workaround**
This vulnerability can be mitigated by configuring a load balancer to reject excessively large requests.
