Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Resource Exhaustion via the HandleGithubWebhook
process. An attacker can crash the control plane and deny other users from using it by sending untrusted HTTP requests before they are validated.
Note: This occurs before Minder has validated the request, and as such, the request is still untrusted.
