Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

to version 2.10.6, 3.0.0-beta5 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Resource Consumption ('Resource Exhaustion') when the Docker container serves as its own backend, which is an automatically generated route resulting from the Docker integration in the default configuration. This route can cause the CPU usage to spike to 100%, allowing an attacker to cause a denial of service by exploiting this behavior.
