Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Handling of Windows DATA Alternate Data Stream in the FilePage process on Windows systems when handling filenames with NTFS-equivalent suffixes such as ::$DATA, a trailing dot, or a trailing space. An attacker can obtain the raw source code of server-side scripts, potentially exposing embedded secrets and credentials, by appending these suffixes to public script paths and sending crafted HTTP requests. This is only exploitable if the application is running on a Windows host, serves at least one server-side script on a public path, and either no authentication backend is configured or the script is otherwise accessible without authentication.
