Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the SSH handshake process. An attacker can exhaust available file descriptors and disrupt legitimate access by opening multiple TCP connections to the SSH port and withholding the SSH protocol banner, causing the server to spawn an unbounded number of goroutines that block indefinitely.
