Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Start learningUpgrade vitess.io/vitess/go/vt/topo
to version 0.16.2 or higher.
vitess.io/vitess/go/vt/topo is a module responsible for interacting with the vitess.io topology service
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation that blocks users from creating a new shard in VTAdmin. Users can create a shard containing /
characters from VTAdmin such that from that point on, anyone who tries to create a new shard from VTAdmin will receive an error. Attempting to view the keyspace(s) will also no longer work.
This vulnerability can be avoided by using only vtctldclient
to create shards, instead of VTAdmin; and/or by deleting the topology record for the offending shard using the client.
