Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Synchronous Access of Remote Resource without Timeout the connect_to_proxy and proxy TLS upgrade paths in the proxy connection code. An attacker can stall the TLS handshake by controlling or achieving a MITM with the proxy and leaving ssl:connect/2 waiting indefinitely after a SOCKS5 or HTTP CONNECT tunnel is established. This pins an Erlang process and socket per request, exhausting worker capacity and preventing clients from completing proxied connections.
