Upgrade de.codecentric:spring-boot-admin-server to version 2.6.10, 2.7.8 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Execution via the integrated notifier support. Users who run Spring Boot Admin Server, having enabled Notifiers and write access to environment variables via the UI - are possibly affected.

Workaround

  1. Disable any notifier

  2. Disable write access (POST request) on /env actuator endpoint
