Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

edu.internet2.middleware.grouper:grouper is an Internet2 Groups Management Toolkit
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization via improper job scheduling in the loader jobs
configuration process. A group administrator who is not a member of the Grouper wheel (sysadmin) group can exploit this vulnerability by creating a loader job on a group they manage. Although the job is not scheduled immediately, it will be scheduled the next time the daemon container restarts or when a privileged user triggers Daemon actions
→ Schedule jobs
, allowing the non-sysadmin to execute unauthorized loader jobs.
