Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) when the connection test HTTP endpoint is accessed. An attacker can connect to a specified hostname and port using specified username and password by sending a malicious request. This is only exploitable if the attacker has Overall/Read permission. Additionally, the HTTP endpoint does not require POST requests, resulting in a potential exploit.
